Net Terms = # of days until payment is considered late, counted from employee start date.

Guarantee = we guarantee candidates will remain employed the duration of the guarantee. We will refill any position, completely free of charge, where the placed candidate does not last the full duration, counted from employee start date.

Rate %: the fee due upon successful placement, as a percentage of placed employees first year anticipated earnings. These rates reset periodically and are based on factors such as demand, difficulty, market conditions, temporary promotions, and other discounts that are available, at our sole discretion.
