What is your recruiting industry experience?
Our team of recruiters represents over 40 years of combined experience. Primarily serving customers within manufacturing and Product/Process Development, our talented team has supported Fortune 500 Companies down to start-ups. Given our broad range of experience both geographically and ​within a variety of industries (MedTech, Food Production, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, etc), we are confident that the team at Pro Found Recruiting Inc will be able to identify and attract the best talent in your industry.
What is your pricing?
Industry-standard contingent recruiting rates range from 15-30%; we are in line with the industry, but due to our experience and access to technology, we have lower overhead than most traditional recruiting arrangements, and pass those savings on. Our fees are based on first year compensation and our standard is to offer a 60-day guarantee. Discounts are available for exclusivity, volume guarantees, and retainer arrangements.
Where can you recruit?
Globally, but most of our experience is recruiting across the US (Midwest, West, East, and South regions). Please get in contact and we will provide a fair and honest estimate of our capacity to help.
